Speech Pathologist (Paediatrics/Early Intervention)

All Together Therapy (ATT) is the place to be!!! Located in beautiful Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast. It is locally owned and operated by a highly experienced Occupational Therapist. We have an amazing multidisciplinary team that consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants and Admin Support. We are small, yet mighty. We work extremely closely together to ensure the best outcomes for the little ones that we support.

ATT is growing and we are looking for another Speech Pathologist to join our wonderful team! We would love someone who is passionate about making a difference to children's lives, someone who loves to have fun, and someone who loves to work with and learn from a highly skilled team. 

We have a full time position (or part time) available to suit the perfect applicant. We believe in providing a quality family/person centred service with a strong focus on Early Intervention (0-5 years). We work out of our custom built clinic, and offer mobiles services as well.

About the position:

  • Flexible hours to support work life balance - our full-time staff finish at 12.30 on Fridays! 
  • Be supported & surrounded by a wonderful multidisciplinary team - opportunity to participate in our Team Power Up Program (weekly internal professional development to upskill on a range of multidisciplinary and discipline specific topics).
  • Incredible opportunities to work alongside and learn from clinicians trained in cutting edge interventions, such as: DIR Floortime, Learn to Play, SOS Approach to Feeding, Sensory Integration, Sleepwise, NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment), CME + many many more!
  • Be linked in with experienced therapists to support your own development, We have seniors on site and there is lots of opportunities for shadowing, learning and one to one supervision to suit your needs.

  • Access to internal & external Professional Development (PD) with a generous PD budget + $10,000 accessible through the NSW Royal Doctors Network + PD Leave (paid days off for upskilling!)

  • Manage your own schedule with low billable KPI’s giving you the time to provide the best possible intervention
  • Support junior therapists to develop their passion and skills in the profession you love (optional for therapists interested in Senior Positions)

To be suitable for this position applications must have:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration or eligibility to apply
  • Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion to learn and help children reach their goals
  • Own car, with willingness to travel for visits within the local area
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in paediatrics preferred but not required. New graduates and therapists wanting a change are welcome to apply.
