We are always on the lookout for like minded therapists that share our values, because we understand that finding the right fit isnt just essential for our team but for the person interested in becoming part of our team.

We Collaborate with Connection, Adapt with Purpose, and Nurture Potential.

If these values speak to you, we would love you to reach out. You don't need to wait for a position to come avaliable or commit to an interview. We welcome a casual chat and love showing people our totally awesome clinic!

Current Opportunities

Speech Pathologist (Paediatrics/Early Intervention)

We’re a warm, multidisciplinary team in beautiful Port Macquarie – where coastal lifestyle and a supportive workplace go hand in hand. Here, you can grow or continue your career while enjoying everything the lifestyle only a coastal community can offer, enjoy a stroll along the beach or watch the whales with a coffee in hand before work.

About Us

At All Together Therapy, we believe children thrive when the people around them work together. Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, and a Dietitian combine skills, ideas, and creativity to make sure therapy is more than the typical… the only cookie cutters we have are for playing with food and playdough.

We don’t just work side-by-side – we collaborate, adapt to every family’s unique journey, and nurture each other as much as we nurture the kids we support. Your wellbeing and growth is key to providing the support that will allow kids to explore their special interest, tell a poo joke on their AAC or share their imagination through play.

What We’re Looking For

If you are a Speechie that:

  • Is passionate about early intervention and supporting children’s communication, feeding, and swallowing skills.
  • Loves working as part of a team, sharing ideas and soaking up the brilliance of team mates.
  • Brings flexibility and an open mind – no two days or families are the same.
  • Values growth – whether you’re a new graduate or experienced, we’ll help you follow your passions, because we never stop learning!
  • Has your own rocket or car, for visits outside of the clinic.

What We Offer

Our team is our priority, whether you work part time (3-4 days) or full-time we are committed to supporting you to access onsite support from senior therapists with regular (usually weekly) supervision.

We come together on Thursdays to share wins, ideas, knowledge and a fair bit of food and cake. We also love when you learn from experts and have a PD allowance and leave to make this happen.

We go beyond the standard – you won’t find any fortnightly reoccurring sessions with us, we prefer more intensive supports with therapy breaks to empower families. We enjoy changing it up completely with new and innovative options to support our community through education, consultation and coaching.

We know change and transitions can be tricky, so we provide financial and practical support to help you relocate and settle into Port Macquarie.

Your Role

  • Observe children and listen to families (assess as needed) and provide therapeutic support for children with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
  • Work within the team to create tailored, child and family focus supports that translate into real life and provoke engagement through the child’s interest whether it be Lego, bluey, or slimy messy play.
  • Offer parent coaching and practical strategies for home and community life.
  • Support children where they need it most, that could be at preschool, the beach, home or in our fabulous outdoor play space.

If you’re ready for a role where your values matter as much as your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
